Welcome to Sorelle. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Sorelle,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sorelle.

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website. 2. Products
Sorelle specializes in handcrafted soaps made in small batches.
Because every bar is handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, shape, texture, finish, dimensions, and weight are natural characteristics of the product and are not considered defects.
Because our soaps are handcrafted using natural ingredients, the appearance, scent, color, hardness, and longevity of each batch may vary over time. Certain ingredients may naturally darken, fade, develop glycerin dew, or otherwise change in appearance during normal storage. These natural characteristics are expected and do not constitute defects.
We make every reasonable effort to accurately display our products. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and individual devices.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve inventory. Products remain available for purchase until checkout is completed, payment is successfully processed, and your order has been accepted by Sorelle.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, discontinue products, limit quantities, or update product specifications at any time without prior notice.
3. Product Information
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient lists, photographs, pricing, and other information on our website are accurate.
Occasionally, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify content, or cancel orders affected by pricing, inventory, or publishing errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
4. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully authorized and Sorelle confirms acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Pricing or inventory errors
- Suspected fraud
- Payment authorization issues
- Suspected unauthorized resale
- Violation of these Terms
If payment has already been collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Products sold through our website are intended for personal use. Purchasing products for resale, redistribution, or commercial purposes without our prior written authorization is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to be intended for unauthorized resale.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier in accordance with applicable law.

Our soaps are intended for external use only.
Avoid contact with the eyes.
Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing. Individuals with allergies or sensitivities should perform a patch test before regular use.
